Your Inbox Deserves Better: Why We Don’t Believe in Adding to the Noise
Let’s be honest — our phones and inboxes have become a little chaotic.
Every day there’s another spam call about a car warranty we don’t have, another email promising we’ve “won” something we never entered, or a text message that starts with “Hi, is this Sarah?” from a number we definitely do not know. (Spoiler: it’s probably not Sarah, and it’s probably not a real person.)
Spam is annoying. It wastes time, creates frustration, and makes us hesitate before answering calls or opening messages — even when it’s something important.
That’s why at McKenna Property Management, we are intentional about every time we reach out.
If you receive a newsletter from us, it wasn’t just thrown together and sent to fill space in your inbox. We take the time to create content with you in mind. Our goal is to inform, educate, and sometimes entertain — not become the reason you start aggressively unsubscribing from emails.
Have a topic you want to see? Something you loved? Something you’d rather skip? We want to hear it! Your feedback helps us create content that is actually useful instead of adding to the digital clutter.
And if you receive a message from us asking for a review, that’s really us. It’s not a random automated message from a company you forgot existed. A member of our team is reaching out because your experience matters to us, and your feedback helps us continue providing better service.
At McKenna Property Management, we also take pride in being a company run by people — not robots. We aren’t an AI-run company where every interaction feels like you’re talking to a chatbot that keeps asking you to “rephrase your question.” Behind our calls, emails, and texts are real team members who care about our clients, residents, and partners.
We know everyone is busy, and we know junk calls and endless emails are the worst. So when you hear from McKenna Property Management, we want you to know there’s a purpose behind it, a real person behind it, and (hopefully) something worth your time.
Because the world already has enough spam — you don’t need us adding to it.
