Our Mission
Our Mission Statement and Vision is to build a property management practice based entirely on referrals from our clients. Our goal is to invest 100% of our time delivering first class service to our clients and tenants. As a result, our valued clients and tenants will refer their family members, co-workers, neighbors, and other people they know to us for professional real estate advice. We are interested in building strong, lasting lifelong relationships, one person at a time.

About Jenni McKenna
Jenni McKenna is the Owner and Broker of McKenna Property Management, where integrity, transparency, and hands-on leadership set the standard. With decades of experience in Las Vegas real estate and property management, Jenni has built a reputation for tackling challenges head-on, never shying away from rolling up her sleeves to get the job done right.
Her leadership style is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: act with integrity, always. Jenni is committed to creating an environment where her team and clients can trust that every decision is made with honesty and care.
Beyond business, Jenni is a proud wife, mom, and soon-to-be grandmother. She’s been married to her husband, Max, since 1993 and loves traveling with her family, especially with him. Her three children are a huge part of her life—two of them even work alongside her at McKenna Property Management. When she’s not leading her team, you can find Jenni curled up with a juicy novel, catching a movie, or walking her beloved toy poodle, Bernie, before sunset.
A believer in pushing limits, Jenni once ran a 50-mile race just to prove to herself that fear is no match for determination. That same mindset drives her business goals: scaling McKenna Property Management, hitting ambitious growth targets, and continuing to raise the bar for property management in Las Vegas.
