Pumpkin Patch Galore

You may think that in the Las Vegas desert we would not be able to pick out our own pumpkins, but when has the Vegas heat ever stopped us locals? This year there are so many family friendly places to go for pumpkins you will have a hard time deciding.


The first option is the Halloweentown Pumpkin Patch with three locations:

  1. Boca Park
  2. Rainbow and Warm Springs
  3.  Las Vegas Blvd. and Silverado

 

All locations offer free parking and admission, but for the attractions you can buy an all-day pass or purchase tickets. These locations are open M-F 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and weekends from 11:00 am-10:00 pm. They not only have food and pumpkins but also rides, bounce houses, and so much more.

The second option is Gilcrease Orchards:

Gilcrease orchard offers pumpkin patch picking as well as fresh cider and doughnuts while you are there. When it comes to price you get free parking as well as admission, but then when you find the perfect pumpkin it is only 50 cents a pound. 

They are open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 2pm up until October 31st.

The final option is Moapa Valley Corn Maze:

This one is a little farther out but offers and abundance of things to do. They have a normal and a hunted corn maze, a pumpkin patch, rides, and even a zombie paintball. The schedule is a little complex with all they offer so be sure to go to the website to see when everything is available. 

There is a 12$ general admission and then a few of the attractions are an additional fee. If you are going for the night maze be sure to cover up incase is gets a little chilly.
