Agent Rental Referrals
Due to NAR restrictions as of August 2024, we are no longer able to advertise your referral amount in the MLS (which we personally find ludicrous). However, in order to abide by these restrictions, we have crafted this scale below of the referral amounts we will pay to your brokerage, once you secure a resident into one of our properties. The referral will be paid upon the lease signing.

Referral Amounts for Showing Agents

| $5,001 - $7,500 | $750 |

We pay a $500 Referral to agents that refer us a NEW PM Client!
* Restrictions that apply:
- Must be a NEW Client to McKenna Property Management, no referral fee is earned for previous/existing clients of McKenna Property Management
- Applies to a 1-year PM contract minimum
- Applies to vacant properties only, reduced fee for occupied properties ($300 referral)
- Applies to properties with a rental amount of $1,700 or more. Reduced fees for rent amounts under $1,700 ($300 referral)
- All referrals are paid upon securing the 1-year rental agreement with the resident
