I’ve said it once, and I will say it again… COVID SUCKS! Yes, there is always a silver lining but all of us have gotten some pent-up aggression over having to stare at a computer screen and not being able to go out. I think all that aggression needs to go somewhere and the best way to let it all go is with AXE THROWING!! Everyone wants to feel like a “tough guy” and get their chance to throw an axe, but there weren’t many places where you could do it safely. Vegas never ceases to amaze, because now there are, not one… but TWO locations where you can safely throw dangerous tools and have a great time doing it!


“Axehole Vegas” is the first option that offers a $30 general admission axe throwing, a $45 Ultimate throwing that includes a variety of objects such as ninja stars, or a $40 smash room. You must be at least 7 years old to attend and you don’t need any kind of formal training. They are also the only axe throwing location that is licensed to sell and distribute beer on site. Axehole Vegas doesn’t sell food but encourage catering or bringing your own!


The other location is “Axe Monkeys” which just opened their third location here in Vegas. They offer one hour of axe throwing for $25, two hours for $40, and whole faculty buyout for team sessions, and a party room for $45. They also offer a rage room, but their prices are based per-person booking. Their age limit is also 7 and unfortunately beer is not allowed on site.


Some people may be ecstatic about this idea, while others are hesitant, but at the end of the day we all need to let off a little steam so why not do it in a fun environment that also provides safety and trained professionals to assist. If you’re a first-time visitor to Las Vegas, the idea of paying for parking might not be as big of a deal as it is to those of us who’ve been around for a while. Just a few years ago, it was practically unheard of to pay for parking on The Strip. Free parking was a standard expectation for both locals and casino guests alike. But times have changed, and many of the big casinos along the iconic Las Vegas Strip have started charging for parking. While we’ll let you draw your own conclusions about whether or not parking fees are justified (locals, we feel your pain), we’re here to guide you on where to park on the Las Vegas Strip.
