Example of Our Lease Agreement
Please make sure you have the following before dropping off your application to rent:
- • Completed Application
- • Pay stubs and/or verification of income for 2 months on applicant and co-applicant
- • Copy of each applicants photo ID
- • $50 non-refundable application fee in certified funds (Money Order or Cashier's Check - Each additional applicant is an additional $25 charge)
- • The completed application must be dropped off Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm. (Excluding Holidays)
