If you are interested in applying for one of the homes featured on our website please follow the “Apply Now Link” associated with the property. You may also download an application here and deliver to our office. When using the downloaded application make certain four pages are completed. Additionally, please complete “Pet Approval” if you own a pet.
Example of Our Lease Agreement
Please make sure you have the following before dropping off your application to rent:
- • Completed Application
- • Pay stubs and/or verification of income for 2 months on applicant and co-applicant
- • Copy of each applicants photo ID
- • $50 non-refundable application fee in certified funds (Money Order or Cashier's Check - Each additional applicant is an additional $50 charge)
- • The completed application must be dropped off Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm. (Excluding Holidays)
• When applying online Application Fees may be paid using Debit or Credit Card
• When applying online supporting documentation may be emailed, faxed or delivered to office
